Conscious Population Control

In his book "Making Love," Barry Long says this:

"When time and the world were very young, and man and woman made love like gods, it was a great privilege to be present in a body on earth. Since man was responsible to love, or woman, the population was kept very small. Man did ejaculate in lovemaking, but very rarely, and the moment was determined by the divine intelligence, love itself, with which he was united."

And so it is again in the New World

"There is reason to believe that in ancient prepatriarchal times, women knew how to control their fertility naturally and understood the importance of sexual pleasure as a natural part of human experience. Many couples who follow natural family planning as a method of birth control become acutely attuned to each other's fertility cycles. Not only does this method afford them the means to plan or avoid contraception when they desire, they often find that their intimacy and pleasure increase as well."
