What Is A Design Charrette?

The word charrette (pronounced [shuh-ret] may refer to any collaborative session in which a group of designers drafts a solution to a design problem.... charrettes serve as a way of quickly generating a design solution while integrating the aptitudes and interests of a diverse group of people. Instead of urban planners, you and I are Divine Planners working towards a global deadline, 2012. You'll be putting in your input from your different areas of expertise and writing down your ideas or bringing visual aids. Designers often use precedents to help them come up with new ideas. The worlds of Atlantis, Lemuria and An would make fantastic precedents of what a New World for us could be like.

Don't have any creative ideas for the future right now? No worries. Just reading about and being open to the new ideals you’ll find at the design charrette will help bring them into our reality.

Even if we don't know how to create what we imagine at this design charrette, the thought forms we release will send out a signal to the collective consciousness that there is a desire out there and those who do have the ability will be inspired to create the “impossible.”

Like all lively design charrettes everyone puts in their ideas even if they aren't fully complete ideas and this triggers the other designers to think of something else and it begins to build and grow into a much bigger, clearer picture. I don't even have a complete or clear picture of how the New World will emerge or transition from our current paradigm. That's why I need your help.

Manifesting and co-creation works on the premise that our minds don't know the difference between what is "real" and what is imagined. If we can imagine something with our minds so clearly using as many of our five senses including our emotions as possible, we can manifest that which we imagined into this physical dimension.

Our lives are just a reflection of our thoughts. If our thoughts tell us we are unworthy, then this is reflected back at us in our relationships, in our work, our financial situations, health, etc. On a global scale, the media and our culture keeps us focused on fear based thoughts that block us from creating a more desirable reality for our world. It is my intention to shift our focus away from all of that and help you to believe that truly anything is possible. If you don't believe that it is possible, then you will continue to live in the current reality/hologram that you have created with your mind.

The beauty of the process of manifesting is that you don't have to know "How on Earth will these impossible ideas come about?" As Deepak Chopra puts it: it's simply the power of your intention your belief that it is already real and the Universe handles the details. The hologram we live in right NOW is malleable. The accelerated time created by the Mayan Calendar allows our thoughts to manifest into this dimension much quicker than before. This is advantageous for helping us to evolve because we learn from our mistakes faster as well as being able create how we would like our world to be before it's too late.
